Welcome to Rose Travels. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or the official website.

• Booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• A booking reference number will be shared upon successful confirmation.

2. Pricing Policy

• Prices are based on selected packages (e.g., 8 hours / 80 km, 12 hours / 120 km, etc.).

• Extra charges apply for additional hours and kilometers beyond the package limits, calculated at the applicable rate.

• Toll charges, parking fees, interstate permit fees, and all applicable government taxes (GST) are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the package.

• Distance is calculated on a garage-to-garage basis (from the vehicle’s departure point to its return).

• Night charges (if applicable) will be added as per local transport regulations.

• Fuel and driver allowance are included in the package price unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other digital modes accepted by Rose Travels.

• An advance payment (partial or full) may be required to confirm the booking.

• The remaining balance must be settled before or immediately after trip completion, unless另有 written agreement.

• For outstation trips, full payment is generally required before departure.

4. Usage Rules

• Customers must follow driver instructions and all safety guidelines during the journey.

• Misuse of the vehicle (including willful damage, smoking inside, consuming alcohol, or carrying illegal substances) is strictly prohibited.

• The vehicle cannot be sublet, assigned, or used for any unlawful purpose.

• Overloading beyond permitted passenger or luggage capacity is not allowed.

• The customer is responsible for the behavior of all co-passengers.

5. Delays & Responsibility

• Rose Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road conditions, weather, natural disasters, government orders, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• No refund or discount will be provided for such delays.

• The customer is responsible for arriving at the pickup point on time. Waiting charges may apply for delays beyond the grace period.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation:

  • More than 24 hours before trip start: Minimal cancellation fee or free cancellation (as per package).

  • Less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours: 50% of the booking amount may be charged.

  • Less than 12 hours or no-show: 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

• For outstation or multi-day trips, stricter cancellation terms may apply. Please check at the time of booking.

• Advance payments are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations unless covered by a special policy.

7. Customer Conduct & Liability

• Customers must provide valid ID proof if requested (as per government guidelines).

• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or co-passengers must be compensated immediately.

• Lost items are the customer’s responsibility. Rose Travels will assist in recovery where possible but is not liable for lost belongings.

8. Amendments by Customer

• Any changes to the itinerary, destination, or duration must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

• Route deviations without prior consent may attract extra kilometer/hour charges.

9. Force Majeure

• Rose Travels shall not be liable for any failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, floods, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, a credit note or partial refund may be offered at the company’s discretion.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of [your country/state].

• Any disputes arising from the booking or service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [your city].

11. Right to Refuse Service

• Rose Travels reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if the customer or passengers violate any of these terms or behave in a manner that endangers the driver, vehicle, or other road users.
